WARRANTY - GENERAL INFORMATION
Not only is each Lewis Accardi watch beautiful in design, it is also crafted with quality materials and components to offer precise, reliable performance. We proudly stand behind every Lewis Accardi watch we sell.
2 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY:
Lewis Accardi warrants to the original consumer that, for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, his/her watch will be free from defects in materials and workmanship that prevent the watch from functioning properly under normal use.
This limited warranty does not cover analog batteries, straps, bracelets, crystals, gold- or ionic-plating or PVD finishing, cosmetic issues such as scratches or normal wear and tear, or any damage arising from accidents or misuse, or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any party other than a Lewis Accardi Authorized Service Center.
CONDITIONS FOR WARRANTY BEING VOID:
This warranty is void if the timepiece was not purchased from an Authorized Lewis Accardi Dealer, as evidenced by valid proof of purchase – a dated sales or gift receipt showing the name of the retailer and an identifying style number for the Lewis Accardi watch.
WARRANTY & LEGAL RIGHTS:
Any other warranty provided by the retailer is entirely their responsibility. No person or company is authorized to change the terms of this warranty. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights. He/she may also have other statutory rights which may vary from state to state and country to country. However, to the extent not prohibited by law, this limited warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, oral, written, statutory, express or implied (including without limitation the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose), all of which are expressly disclaimed.

LEWIS ACCARDI PROMISE:
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they, in turn, are fair with us. We do apply returns to the tender it was purchased with. If we choose to provide a refund and no record of sale is available, we will ask for personal identification and a return will be provided at current price.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not eligible for return or refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you details of where to send the item.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
